Payment is handled securely through Headway at the time of your appointment.

All scheduling is done through Headway, which handles booking, insurance verification, and payment in one place. Here's what to expect:

1. Visit my Headway profile and enter your insurance information or select private pay

2. Choose a date and time from my available calendar

3. Complete a brief intake form

4. Receive a confirmation with your secure telehealth link

There is no waitlist. If you see availability, it's real.

All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You'll receive a link before each session; no app download required. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

I see clients throughout Florida. Because sessions are online, location within the state doesn't matter.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. You can manage your appointments directly through Headway.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. If you are paying out of pocket, Headway will provide this automatically during the booking process. You can also request one at any time by contacting me directly.
